We return to KBV every year because of the great island vibe, friendly staff and awesome beach access. The upgrades to the pool area are very nice. You can't beat a quiet morning on the beach at dawn, just you, your thoughts and the waves.

We were there in October 2010 with our freinds in our timeshare. KBV is in a great location within minutes of everything. The people are great and friendly and we're looking forward to spending 2 weeks next time.

Kauai Beach Villas are the greatest. We've been owners for 14 years and we've always enjoyed our visits to Kauai. Our 7 year old grandson will be making his 8th trip to Kauai this summer, he thinks it's his 2nd home.

I always enjoy visiting this, my home resort. It is so close to everything and I like that it is in the "middle" of the island, fairly equadistant from north and south sides, so it is easy to go wherever you want.

We really enjoyed our first stay at KBV! We took FULL ADVANTAGE of the proximity to the beach and being just a short drive away from all the east and south shore activities. What a beautiful island!!

I love KBV. The proximity to everything is great, the staff is wonderful, and the surroundings great. Please don't miss the coral reef by Bldg. H. When the tide is out, there are many small fish. I have seen an octopus there! Very fun at sunrise.
