2011 Spotlight: Ka`Eo Kai Resort
2011 Resort Updates
None of our resorts has more happening in 2011 than the Ka`Eo Kai Resort. After carpentry repairs and painting on all 32 buildings and new roofs on our Phase 2 units over the past year and a half.

2011 Update: Bali Hai Villas
The Bali Hai Villas saw many projects during 2010 and 2011. Our original pool area was completely refurbished including repairs to the tile bottom, complete replacement of our stone pool deck, and new pool furniture and umbrellas. The cabana was repainted and parts of the pool area landscape were re-done. Additional BBQ grills were added to both pools giving us 3 BBQ areas on property with lighting installed. Carpentry repairs to our stairways and lanais on six buildings were completed prior to being painted.

2011 Update: Ka 'Eo Kai
We are excited to announce the completion of our interior renovations for 32 units; buildings 1 through 7 for Phase II and buildings 25 through 30 for Phase III. November 2011 ended our last unit of renovations and our owners had many joyous comments about our new units! We would like to express our appreciation to our owners and guests for their support during the construction on property.

2011 Update: Shearwater
During the past year, we have focused on both the interior and exterior of our resort. While details were being finalized for interior refurbishments earlier in the year, the exterior of all of our buildings including the clubhouse were painted. New lanai furniture has been put on all of our lanais and roof repairs have been completed. Additional lighting has been added to our stairways and several landscaping upgrades were added.

2010 Update: Bali Hai Villas
|
The Bali Hai Villas saw many projects during 2010. 2010 Update: Ka 'Eo Kai
|
During 2010, the Ka`Eo Kai resort has seen constant activity as upgrades in all areas of the resort were underway. Carpentry repairs to all of our stairways and lanais were completed before the exterior of all 36 guest buildings, and our clubhouse were painted. Phase 2 buildings, our clubhouse, and the pool cabana all received new roofs. (Phase 3 roof did not need to be replaced now, but are scheduled for 2012)

2010 Update: Kauai Beach Villas
|
In 2010, we installed a complete Sony entertainment package for all units. All two-bedroom/two-bath and one-bedroom/two-bath units have a 46" flat screen TV in the living room while the bedrooms receive a 32" and all one-bedroom/one-bath units have a 32" in the living room and bedroom. Each unit also has a Blu-ray and mini stereo system with an iPod docking station. We continue to replace items in your units such as washer and dryers, refrigerators, and some wood-laminate and carpet.

Drawing Winners - Michael & Sharon Walker

Ka 'Eo Kai owners Michael and Sharon Walker are the very happy winners of the complementary week at Bali Hai Villas. They were just one of over 1000 owners that have visited our new website and were entered into the drawing. By using the emails we are gathering, we will be able to provide information in a more timely manner as well as save money from costly mailings.

Prince Golf Course Temporary Closure
|
The Prince Golf Course began a renovation project in September 2010. This included re‐sprigging our greens and renovating the bunkers. To finish these improvements, the course will be closed for approximately 5 months with a reopening planned for Summer 2011. The last day of play will be January 28, 2010. The Tavern Restaurant by Roy Yamaguchi and Prince Golf Shop, which features a variety of logo and resort wear, will continue to operate during the renovation.
