PAHIO's care for the island ecology goes well beyond governmental regulations and requirements. As just one of many examples, we will not develop projects with the maximum unit density allowed by local codes. We are adamant about protecting the ecology of our island paradise, and are working to create a legacy of care that will be carried on into future generations.
